Bangkok Property Tour 14th and 15th June 2019

Please aim to come to Bangkok by early Friday morning. For those who cannot make it for the whole trip, you are free to join us midway.

We will NOT be booking hotels and flights for participants. You are strongly encouraged to book hotels close to Asoke BTS Station around Terminal 21 for ease of travel.

We will be collecting a registration fee of THB 1000 for transport. Most of these will be used for Rabbit and MRT card fares. Unused monies will be returned to you at the end of the trip. For logistic ease, even if you already have a Rabbit and MRT card we will still get them for you and the THB 1000 still applies. We DO NOT want to cater for buses as we want participants of the tour to understand the rail network and the proximity of the various developments to the various train stations. There will be quite a fair bit of travelling on foot and probably standing on the trains. That being said, most of the developments are very close to the train stations.

Please bring along approximately THB 10,000 for food and miscellaneous cost. The tour is FREE.

Day 1: 14th June 2019 (Friday)

10 am: Meet at Asok BTS Station, Terminal 21 entrance.
1030 am: Showflat of Noble BE 19 and Noble BE33 at Thong Lor BTS.
1115 am: Beatniq Sukhumvit 32 (Actual site).
12 pm: Thong Lor BTS. Travel to Punnawithi BTS.
1230 pm: Lunch at The Third Place.
130 pm: Whizdom Inspire and Wizdom Essence (Just next to The Third Place).
245 pm: Rhythm Ekkamai Estate showflat.
330 pm: Park Origin Thonglor.
415 pm: Khun By Yoo Showflat at J Avenue.

Day 2: 15th June 2019 (Saturday)

10 am: Meet at Ploenchit BTS.
1015 am: Noble Ploenchit (Actual site).
1115 am: Brunch at Open House at Central Embassy.
1215 pm: Ploenchit BTS. Travel to Ratchathewi BTS.
1230 pm: The Address Siam-Ratchathewi.
130 pm: Ratchathewi BTS. Travel to Ari BTS.
145 pm: Lunch at Ari. Khao Soi and traditional Thai dessert.
245 pm: Noble Around Ari showflat.
330 pm: Ari BTS. Travel to Saphan Khwai BTS.
345 pm: Ideo Q Phahol-Saphan Khwai.
430 pm: Saphan Khwai BTS. Travel to Ratchadaphisek MRT.
445 pm: The Teak Ratchada 19 showflat.
515 pm: Ratchadaphisek MRT. Travel to Thailand Cultural Centre MRT.
530 pm: Noble Revolve Ratchada 1 and 2.
