The team at InvestBangkokProperty.com made a site visit to Maru Ladprao 15 on the 15th of March 2018. Maru Ladprao 15 is a development by Major Development Public Company Limited. Major Development is a well-known developer in Thailand. This development is 50 metres or about 1-minute walk to Ladprao MRT Station. It takes about 10 minutes via the MRT Blue Line to get to Phra Ram 9 MRT Station where the new CBD is. Another few stops down is Phetchaburi MRT Station which links to the Airport Rail Line. A further one stop down is Sukhumvit MRT Station which is next to Terminal 21 Shopping Centre. Ladprao MRT Station will intersect with the future Yellow Line, further enhancing its connectivity.

This is the walk from the site to the Ladprao MRT Station. It took us about 1 minute to get to the MRT station. It is 50 metres away. Bear in mind that Ladprao MRT Station will be an interchange between the Blue and Yellow Line.
